These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Suds on Your Duds’ website, booking system, and laundry pickup & delivery services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Overview
Suds on Your Duds LLC provides wash, dry, and fold laundry services with pickup and delivery available within our service area. Pickup times, delivery times, and turnaround windows may vary based on volume and scheduling.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due once laundry has been weighed.

Laundry will not be processed or delivered until payment is received.

Suds Club memberships are billed weekly and must remain active for service to occur.

Overage fees (additional poundage beyond your plan) will be added to your invoice at the member overage rate.

3. Pickup & Delivery
-
Laundry must be accessible at the start of your pickup window.
-
If the driver cannot retrieve your laundry, a $10 missed pickup fee will apply.
-
Delivery cannot be completed until payment is confirmed.
-
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, access issues, or incorrect addresses.

4. Laundry Care & Limitations
We treat your laundry with care, but we are not responsible for:

Items left in pockets
-
Pre-existing damage (tears, holes, loose threads, missing buttons, fading)

Items not safe for normal washing/drying
-
Shrinking or color-bleed from non–colorfast items
-
Incorrect sorting prior to pickup if items require special handling

Please check all pockets, remove valuables, and clearly separate special-care items.

5. Weight & Billing

Laundry is billed by the pound unless part of a weekly membership plan.
-
Weight is determined pre-wash using calibrated scales.

Overages will be billed at the current overage rate ($1.75/lb for members, $2.30/lb for standard orders).

6. Items We Do Not Accept
We do not process:
-
Dry clean–only garments
-
Leather, suede, or fur
-
Hazardous materials
-
Items heavily contaminated with bodily fluids or pet waste
-
Mold-infested items
Such items may be returned unwashed.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
While rare, if an item is lost or damaged due to our error, compensation is limited to:

The current value of the item, based on age and condition, not the original purchase price.
​
Maximum reimbursement per order is capped at 10x the order value.
​
8. Suds Club Membership
By enrolling in The Suds Club, you agree to:

Weekly billing
-
Active payment status required for pickup
-
$10 missed pickup fee
-
Advance notice for vacation pauses
-
All policies listed in the Suds Club Membership Policy

9. Cancellation
You may cancel your service or membership at any time.
Cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

10. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service for:

Repeated missed pickups
-
Harsh or unsafe conditions
-
Abusive or inappropriate behavior
-
Excessively soiled or unsafe laundry submissions

11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to access secured areas improperly, or engage in fraudulent booking behavior.

12. Liability Limitations
Suds on Your Duds is not liable for:

Third-party platform outages (Wix, payment processors, SMS providers)

Delays caused by weather, emergencies, or service interruptions
-
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
​
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
