REFUND POLICY

At Suds on Your Duds LLC, your satisfaction matters to us. We work hard to deliver high-quality wash, dry, and fold services with every order. Because our service involves labor, time, and supplies that cannot be reversed once completed, the following refund policy applies:

​

1. Service Fees Are Non-Refundable

Once your laundry has been processed (washed/dried/folded), all service fees become non-refundable.

​

Because the work has already been completed, we are unable to offer refunds for:

  • dissatisfaction with scent or folding style

  • normal wear and tear from standard washing

  • pre-existing damage

  • missed items left in pockets

  • color bleeding from non-colorfast items

​

2. Refunds for Billing Errors

Refunds may be issued only in the case of:

  • duplicate charges

  • billing mistakes

  • incorrect weight measurement

  • incorrect service applied to an order

If you believe a billing error occurred, email us within 7 days at:

3. Missed Pickup or Delivery

  • If we miss a scheduled pickup or delivery, the associated fee will be waived or rescheduled at no charge.

  • If you miss a pickup, the $10 missed pickup fee applies and is not refundable.

4. Suds Club Membership Billing

Weekly membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has processed.

To avoid charges, cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date.

5. Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with your order:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • We may offer a courtesy rewash or correction when appropriate

  • ​

Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed if issues are due to:

  • non-washable items placed in the bag

  • excessive soil, pet hair, or stains requiring specialized cleaning

  • unclear instructions or missing care notes

6. Special Circumstances

Management may issue refunds or credits at their discretion for unusual or rare cases.
