Cancellation Policy

Suds on Your Duds Booking Policy By scheduling service, you agree to the following: • Payment is required before washing will begin. • Laundry is billed based on pre-wash weight. • If laundry is not accessible at your scheduled pickup time, a $10 missed pickup fee will apply. • If you no longer wish to complete service after your items have already been picked up, a $15 cancellation/return fee will be charged and your items will be returned unwashed. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours before your pickup window to avoid fees. • Special-care garments must be noted at booking or clearly separated. • Items not suitable for standard washing/drying may be returned unwashed. • Delivery will not be completed until payment is received. Scheduling your pickup confirms that you understand and agree to these terms.
