Cancellation Policy

Suds on Your Duds Booking Policy By scheduling service, you agree to the following: • Payment is required before washing will begin. • Laundry is billed based on pre-wash weight. • If laundry is not accessible at your scheduled pickup time, a $10 missed pickup fee will apply. • If you no longer wish to complete service after your items have already been picked up, a $15 cancellation/return fee will be charged and your items will be returned unwashed. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours before your pickup window to avoid fees. • Special-care garments must be noted at booking or clearly separated. • Items not suitable for standard washing/drying may be returned unwashed. • Delivery will not be completed until payment is received. Scheduling your pickup confirms that you understand and agree to these terms. Gift a Load Service Policy Gift a Load recipients receive one complimentary basic wash, dry, and fold service for eligible laundry, up to the gifted service allowance. The complimentary service includes: Standard wash, dry, and fold Standard detergent and laundry care preferences Stain pre-treatment when needed Pickup and delivery within our regular service area Standard turnaround time The following optional add-on services are not included in the Gift a Load service and may not be selected unless separately approved and paid for: Oversize or bulky items Towel sanitizing Delicate or hang-dry items Rush or same-day service Any other specialty or premium service Recipients may use the regular Suds on Your Duds booking form to schedule their pickup. If an add-on option appears on the form, please note that only the services listed above are included in the gifted service. Items requiring specialty care may be returned unwashed if they are not suitable for standard wash, dry, and fold processing.
